can anyone help me please!!!!!!

im just root ny z2, after i turn on the phone it says that the rooting prosses failed, then i got load of error message. i cant open some app, and my mobile network just not working. and it frose when i tried to reboot / turn off. what should i do? i tired this attempt 1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/ and install it on your PC. 2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone. 3. Phone Software Update. 4. Start. 5. Repair Phone 6. Continue 7. Accept data removal 8. Next 9. Wait for prepare 10. Select Phone 11. Follow the connection steps but wheni clik the phone software update > repair my phone/tablet, it says " Problem : There is no software available for your device, Details: Sony update engine doesnt have software available for your device, Troubleshoot: Please try again later. can someone help me please????

It could be a server issue, Contact your local Sony Xperia Support

Have you unlocked the bootloader?

If you have unlocked your bootloader the PCC will not work - you can either try Sony EMMA or try a manual flash using Flashtool

well i cant take the screenshot right now, this is what it say's : Problem : There is no software available for your device, Details: Sony update engine doesnt have software available for your device, Troubleshoot: Please try again later

No mobile data and cant turn off

i just finished the flash process and when i open my phone it say's that the process has failed, and i got many error message, and i noticed that the mobile data doesnt work ( doesnt have any singnal ) and it froze when i tries to reboot/turn off, what should i do? i want my z2 to work like it used to , i tried to hard reset ir, but nothing happen, please help me

Did you flash with flashtool? If yes, did you use the correct firmware?

Then do it again with the correct one. You have to make sure to use the correct firmware for your model. You can know the exact model from service menu:

Open phone dialer, dial *#*#7378423#*#* then choose Service info -> Model info and write down the model you'll get (should start with D65), that's your model number, any firmware other than this model will not work and may cause your phone to brick.
