Concerns on Repair services

Is Sony Centers really are reliable in repairing mobile phone?.Last friday I received a text from a solid service center saying my phone ( Sony Xperia Z1 Compact) is already been repaired from a screen malfunction a month ago. The next day, I immediately went there to claim my phone and I'm happy that it's already functioning well..

After a few hours of scanning my phone, I notice that something is wrong. Then I discovered that my phone camera reduce from 20mp to 8mp camera..
What the heck is that?..Is that how you repair the unit?.. Changing its specs from what it is?..

Superior auto has always been at 8mp

I'm sorry but Sony Xperia Z1 Compact is supposed to be a 20.7 mp camera in manual setting not 8mp.I know my phone specs that's why I complained about their services because they're supposed to repair what is to be repaired, not changing what is built in my phone..
