USB charger / SD card Cache problem

Hello,

This is my first post here, so hope this can help me.

It's been a few weeks thats my USB cache doesn't hold on very well, it's doesn't want to stay in place. A few days ago it even fell off, and it has been falling off more and more since then. Yesterday I finally lost in, probably in the street, so it's impossible to retrieve.

Can Sony do anything to help me ? Like sending a new one ? I do not wish to send my phone simply for a cache, I do not have any other spare phone.

If you mean that flap cover, you have 2 options if you lost it:

1) Contact Sony support and send the phone for fixing a new one:

2) Buy a new flap cover from Amazon or eBay and install it yourself, should be easy.

Bear in mind that your phone is NOT water resistant during the period you don't have a flap cover installed.

As said, i do not wish to send my phone if possible.

I have seen that they sell some on Amazon, but why would I pay if it fell by itself ? Not very logic

That's the exact reason I would like to have a new one, because it's now vulnerable to dust and water

A new one will not fall from itself, may be the old one has began to wear off from usage.

That's exactly what happenned, it weared off from usage.

Does the Sony team answer to forum topics ?
