I am writing here because I think it's absolutely incredible that a Brand as Sony Xperia is dealing with the users.

I bought a Sony Xperia C5 Ultra on October 11st, and 8 days later when I tried to picked up a phonecall I discovered the screen was a line as if the screen was broken (it's absurd, because try to imagine how yo keep a mobile recently bought and pain in cash -400 €-, better that a girlfriend. The mobile didn't break crashing against the floor, or because it was fell down. I couldn't buy any protection for it since I bought it because in every shop they told me "it's a new model, we haven't got" "It's really brand new, and the accesories are not in storage". The screen was broken ON THE POCKET!!!.

Just in case, the curious thing is that once I discovered the broken screen (I repeat, in the pocket), all the mobile stop working -not like in all the mobiles around the world, mobiles that I see with the screen destroyed and in perfect use by the way. Not mine... not Sony.

I couldnt repair the mobile for the same reason (It's new, we haven't the necesary tools, blablabla), so I had to send it to Sony Xperia Asistance....

Well. They received my phone, 22 days ago. No answers, no news, no explanations, no.. nothing. I'm feed up of calling by phone, sending e-mails... No answers. Nothing. Incredible. They leave a person that confided in the brand 22 days without phone and no response. Anyway... I think I should have to begin to make bad references in all social media about the brand, and, of course, never ever again buy any Sony product and advise my workmates, friends and family not to buy any Sony products.

I'm sorry to hear that, but this is a user based forum, you did the right thing by contacting your Local support to get it inspected.
