Hello dears

I forgot PIN code for my Sony Xperia Z1

And you have installed the program ( PC Companion ) And Connect the device to the computer using a USB cable To'm doing Rest But the program asks for the SIM Enter and The Screen of th phone PIN code

Sim has entered but I am my problem, I forgot The Screen of th phone PIN code!

How can I work reset the factory settings, and I forgot the PIN code of the phone?

I'm a bit confused, I can't see the picture but is it requesting a pin to unlock the phone from the carrier or a pin lock that you set ?

If the method in Phy's post didn't work, you'll have to perform a software repair using PC Companion using PC Companion. You'll need your phone charged, powered off, and disconnected from PC before you start, and bear in mind that all data on internal memory will be lost in the process.

I remove the device from this characteristic and nothing has changed and did not solve my problem

I have this work but are not taken delivery because it asks PIN code to protect the screen and I do not know

Hi,

As previously mentioned, you should have the phone powered off and not connected at the start.
Without having the phone connected > In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC. Now follow the instructions and you will get information when and how to connect the phone.
