camera not working

My sony experience e3 recently got a new software installed because my phone had some problem.but my back camera has stopped working I tried clearing cache restarting the phone but it won't work... Please help me

Hi,

How do you mean that it's not working, do you receive any error message? Did you also try to clear data for the camera application? You can always try to boot the phone into safe mode to see if same thing happens.

Well it says"unfortunately camera has stopped, the Camera won't even open.. Yes I cleared the data too..how do I boot the phone to safe mode

I even went into safe mode and tried to run camera but the same message pops up

I agree with uliwooly, try to perform a software repair using PC Companion to see if this can help.
