Xperia XA1 no audio in skype

I brought XPERIA XA 1 Phone week ago. During a call on Skype Video there is no audio .But when we place as a audio it's working. there some issue with microphone and sound. What is the fix to resolve the issue?

Sorry to hear about that :smileysad:. Just to clarify, is this issue only occurring when using Skype? Do you have any issues when using audio for anything else, for example just general calls?

The audio works fine for me. However, may i ask u abt the video call quality? Low quality video call for skype, whatsapp and duo. But the front and rear camera still works fine without the 3rd app party.

I have the exact same problem!!! The same phone model, and the issue is with WhatsApp, skype.. When the call is on speaker the other person can't hear me and the same happens during video calls.

Since it's a third party app, you have to contact the app developer regarding the bug.
