The screen remains black with no information showed and only cancel the conference with switch on button

Do you have a screen protector or case on your phone? Or do you possibly still have the protective film on the screen from when it was purchased?

Yes, I have a protective glass cover on the screen.

Can you remove the screen protector, clean the screen with a dry cloth and then see if you experience the same issue?

I removed the glass cover and it runs better, I got the normal functionality. Thanks .
