I can't remove my lockscreen pattern/pin/password

Hello!

Please can someone help.

I need to remove my lockscreen password so I can send it off to be repaired. However the option to remove the lockscreen password is greyed out.

Here is a screenshot:

The reason that I cannot select no password or swipe to unlock is because its been "disabled by admin, encryption policy or credential storage"

I don't know what I should do?

Factory reset the phone

Settings > system > Reset > Factory data reset

@BrigitteB @uliwooly before you reset to factory settings, clear credentials under settings - lock screen & security - encryption and credentials.
