Android 10 for Germany?

Since my previous post has been deleted, here I go again....

When are the Xperia 5 in Germany going to get Android 10 update? Sony released a roadmap claiming that it would be released in December 2019 and we are well into January 2020. There has been no further news/update from Sony regarding the delay.

The official Twitter forum and customer support (chat) claim they do not have any information about malfunctioning FPS (despite me sending links to discussion in this forum and other forums) and onen claimed that Android 10 has been released... I can post screenshots but Sony will delete them again 🤣🤣

Even HTC has better customer service these days. Sony is going to the dogs so as to say it is really sad how low the mighty havevfallen

The Sony people on this forum like @Martin and @Jonas have no information about release dates for each region, so the Support teams do not have that information either.

And yes you're right FPS from Xperia 1 and Xperia 5 are below par.

Even on my old Xperia X it was much better.

Better accept that than grieve about it.

The only victim from that grief will be @Yekollu

And yes, such bad performance of FPS (I don't think it's the majority but there are quite a lot suffering from it) is bad for brand reputation.
