Missleading advertising and support locked bootloader

ASOP program advertised online,

Purchased Xperia 5, completed ASOP fourm,

Details alluded to the phone being unlocked eventually,

Emailed support, same wishie washie info,

Call support told this was a vodafone block, confirmed it wasnt,

Call support again, finailly confirmed taht bootloader locked never to be unlocked,

14 days of contract passed no longer in cooling off.

Would have returned phone if id of known it would never be unlocked as I have to have root for work apps, sony refusing to swap for a like for like model with unloced bootloader, build number.

2 hours of my life on the phone and emailing support still not going anywhere,

How do i speak to a UK based support ?

Missleading product information, systemic failure by support to provide correct information,

Locked into 24 month contract for a phone i cannot use as sony misslead me, what is my esclation path ? is there an onbudsman I can speak too ? (phones not even in the associated products drop down....
