Hello,my phone operator is Vodafone Romania and they havent software for volte for my xperia 5 from Sony. How can resolve this issue? thank you!

does your carrier even support VoLTE?

I in Germany use a carrier which doesn't yet offer VoLTE. So it is no issue with the phone or software but with the carrier I choose.

Does Vodafone support volte on the Xperia 5 at all? Many networks only support certain features on some devices, and as they control what devices have volte in particular, they might not even allow Xperia 5 to use volte.

However, if they do support volte on Xperia 5, they might also limit volte access to those devices which are purchased directly through them, and running their firmwares.

If you are running their firmware, and you still have no support for volte, unfortunately there's nothing that Sony can do as it's up to each network to enable and support volte and sadly some don't.
