Hello everybody.

There was a problem with Xperia 5 after rebooting the phone does not turn on.
NB!Tried force restart does not help.
Xperia Companion does not help.

How to solve a problem.

Maybe the battery is deeply discharged.

Try plugging the phone to a charger and let it charge for 2 hours. Then see if the phobe turns back on. If not use a different charger and USB cable and try again.

Turned on the next day.
Now there are other problems, the wifi and bluetooth turns off and only helps resets.

Have any ideas?

Since I don't know what is installed on your phone it's difficult to suggest a solution only by reading this -quite simple- problem description.

If Wifi and Bluetooth turn off by themselves then maybe you have an app that automatically disables them, e.g. a battery-saving thing?

I suggest you boot into safe mode and see if the problem happens again. If no then the cause seems to be 3rd party app changing the phones's settings.

I think the best option would be to backup your important data, make a software repair with Xperia Companion and start from scratch by only installing apps you really need and you know what they are doing!

There are no 3-party applications installed on the phone.

Again, a shutdown occurred wifi and bluetooth, after restarting the phone does not turn on.
I took it to a service center, I'm waiting for an answer from them.
