Hi @Andriul, let me see if I can help out here.

There is no way to record incoming or outgoing calls on Xperia 5. This due to the fact that there may be a legal provision in certain countries restraining you from recording telephone conversation at all, or without any warning to the other party. Hence, call recording apps are blocked by google and will not work on devices running on Android 9.0.

Hi, yes i understand. But like example Asus 6 with 9 Android and after 10 Android have inside apps with Dictaphone option as well all call regarding. ,! It is very useful.!!

Unfortunately I cannot answer for other manufacturers, all I know is that non-root call recording apps are blocked and will not work on devices running on Android 9.0.
