I had a similar problem.

The sim card was not making good contact in the slot.

Remove, clean it.

I also added 2 strips of sellatape on the reverse side of the sim just to make it a bit thicker.

Ok now.

Hi @Rendz,

I'm sorry to hear that. As @dazlash suggested you can try and temporarily remove any SIM- and SD-card from your device to see if they may be causing this behavior.

You can also try and force your device to shut down then start it again. To do so open the hatch above your on/off switch. Using the tip of a pen or a similar object, press and hold the OFF button. When the device vibrates quickly release the button. Start the device as normal.
