Hi @JustinSain, sorry to hear about what has happened to your device.

As @uliwooly wrote, you can with the help of a OTG-adapter, connect a wired mouse to your device and see if you are able to navigate the touch screen this way. I wrote a guide on how to do this and you can find it on the link below.

/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-backup-transfer-data-when-the-touch-screen-isn/m-p/1212631

If you are only interested in resetting your phone, you can always perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do note that the phone will need to be powered off during the whole repair process and that all data stored on the internal storage will be lost during the repair.

I hope that helps!

Yes the software repair seems to be my best option. But would the phone need to be unlocked to do this or not?

Thanks

If it is, please power it off and remove the cable from the computer or the device and start with the repair again.

The device should NOT be powered on when performing a software repair to remove the screen lock on your device.

I hope that helps!

If you can't remember the password, perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do not connect the device to the computer until you are asked to do so during the repair.

All data stored on the internal storage will be deleted when you perform the repair.
