Hi @Rashelhossen, let me see if I can help out here!

Xperia Z3+ is indeed capable of being updated to Android 7.1.1, are you trying to update the phone using the settings of the phone or are you trying to update using Xperia Companion? Also, are you receiving any kind of error message when the update fails?

Please do elaborate as much as you can and I will do my best to assist you.

Same here. Can't upgrade my z3+ also. There's no update via xperia software on pc or by the phone itself. Why so? How can i update my phone? Because i'm having lots of issues now on using it. Must be because of the outdated android software whatever you call it. Just want it to be updated asap. Please help
