I've edited your post as this is an English only forum, you can use Google Translate to reply and/or post.

Just restart the phone, if you already done so, remove any protective case that might be pressing on the volume keys.

Hi @Gustav-18, let me see if I can help out here.

Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that is most often used in order to see if a downloaded app in the phone is malfunctioning. You can read more about safe mode here.

In order to exit safe mode, just restart your phone as you usually do it as @uliwooly said. If that does not help, make sure that the volume button works as intended and that the volume down button is not pressed down by a protective case while starting the phone.
