    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1267518"&gt;@nedo35&lt;/A&gt;, sorry to hear about this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The easiest way to get access to the phone again if you have forgotten the screen lock of your phone is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;to&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1103057" target="_self"&gt;repair the software on the phone using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and a computer. Keep in mind though that since you are not able to access the phone, you will need to start the repair with the phone detached from the computer and&amp;nbsp;tick the "My device cannot be detected or started, or is a Smartwatch 3" checkbox and choose "Next", then simply follow the on-screen instructions.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do not have access to Xperia companion, you could also use Googles service called &lt;A href="https://www.google.com/android/find" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Find My Device&lt;/A&gt;. Simply log in to the service using your Google credentials, click on your phone if prompted and choose the option called "Erase"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do note that both these measures will erase all user data from the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
