topic How do I save all apps and pictures on my SD card right away without having to transfer in Z Series

My Sony Xperia (I think Marshmallow) won't let me transfer apps directly from the app store to my SD card. It's really bad because I have a lot of space on it, but I still have to delete apps to get new ones, since my internal memory is always 95% or something like that.

Hi @Afracoz, welcome to our forum!

Apps can not be installed directly to the SD card, you will need to install them on the internal storage and then move them, if the developer of the application has added support for this.

Regarding photos and videos, if you open up the camera application > tap the cogwheel > More > Data storage, set this to SD card and when you take a new photo or record a video, it will be saved to the SD card directly.

You can also check under Settings > Storage and see how much space "Cached data" is occupying. Just tap on it and then delete all the data if it is occupying a lot of storage on the internal storage of your device.

I hope that helps!
