z2 video and 4k error

Greetings all,

Since I have updated my phone(D6503) to android 5.0.2 I receive an error everytime I try openning the 4k video recorder. The message is "Uknown error". I am also unable to open the simple video recorder as it says "unfortunately the camera stopped".

Settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone

Are you saving the videos on the SD card or internal storage?

Thank you for your reply.
I save the videos on the internal storage also there is no camera app in my phone's settings..

Yes that is where I dont see any " camera" I have a screenshot but dont have any attach option in this forum.

That's odd, it is there, if you don't see it then scroll to the bottom and see if it's there. It probably was disable.

I found it manually because the search box didnt give me any results cache cleared and restarting....
