Speakerphone not working

Hi I have problem with my speakerphone.. If I'm activate my speakerphone to call there is no voice.. But incoming calls n playing music there is can work properly.. Can some one help me? Thanks before

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

Thanks for the incredibly quick response.

I figured it was a software cliche at first. Sony companion is the repair software I used on it and got no results. Updating, safe mode, and reset produced no results.

Would you happen to know where can I get a schematic for my phone and order parts for it? Sony support offers no assistance for either; and Sony repair center has too many bad reviews (and should not charge to examine their own product (it is customer service after all) and none of the local repair shops will touch a Sony phone (I wonder why?).
