      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG title="sketch-1447653144416.jpg" alt="sketch-1447653144416.jpg" src="https://community.sony.co.uk/legacyfs/online/27371iB7839496FD59CB29/image-size/small?v=mpbl-1&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" /&gt;I&amp;nbsp;found that one of&amp;nbsp;row of screen become unresponsive, i checked with Sketch application to detect that row and it's showing in&amp;nbsp;attached&amp;nbsp;picture.&amp;nbsp;i tried with resetting my Z2 phone&amp;nbsp;but problem not solved.Could you please suggest the solution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I removed that case, tried safe-boot and factory reset but problem is still there. I also tried Sony's Diagnostics (Setting&amp;gt;About phone&amp;gt; Diagnostics) where i can clear full image(Specially dead zone) image in Touchscreen test under Test&amp;gt;Screen tab.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
