Xperia Z5 call ending bug

When I press on ending call button, it says "call is ending" but doesn't end the call and pressing on "end" button never works. I cannot end the call and I cannot make another call till you restart phone. Please let me know if there is any solution for that.

Are you using the preloaded phone app or a third party? do you experience the same in >>> safe mode

I bought just 2 days ago.i use preloaded phone not third party.i didn't try on safe mode. After 7-8 calls it happens. I cannot end the calling

Test it in >>> safe mode and also, does the phone has a protective case, film or glass?

there was protective case and when the screen started becoming black when i call I removed it. The bug was available when there was no film on.I will test in safe mode and share it.

Also test the proximity sensor

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test proximity sensor with and without the film

Dear ulivooly, thank you very much for your kind help..i found the solution. the problem is Sim card or operator. i changed the sim card and the problem solved.
