Error message after software update

On Friday evening I updated my sony bravia TV with the NEW orea. Since then I'm unable to play ANY MOVIES in my Google photos account. All I get is error occurred please try later. Has any one a clue.
One thing I have noticed is that I have 2 web browsers in my App section this may be the issue ! How do I totally remove one of the browser leaving just one.

Hi richhaye50,

In these situations, I suggest that you strat by resetting the TV like explained here: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00170595. The article explains the steps of the reset procedure. I'd recommend that you follow them and let us know if the problem is resolved.
