The article explains the steps of the reset procedure.       <title>Error message after software update</title>

      <description>On Friday evening I updated my sony bravia TV with the NEW orea. Since then I'm unable to play ANY MOVIES in my Google photos account. All I get is error occurred please try later. Has any one a clue.&lt;BR /&gt;One thing I have noticed is that I have 2 web browsers in my App section this may be the issue ! How do I totally remove one of the browser leaving just one.</description>
