Capture One Express Question

Where is the spot removal tool? I have a new laptop now. I had to re-download the Capture One Software. The other version on my old laptop had the spot removal tool, now this version I downloaded yesterday does not seem to have it..or I cannot locate it. Can someone advise me? Thank you so much.
