Which headphones should should I choose.

Hello - which headphones would you recommend I should select for use with my electronic drums and also to use with a mixing desk. I want something with a flat frequency response but good isolation from ambient noise to cut out the sound of my sticks hitting the pads. I have a pair of MDR V150 headphones - I like the sound from them, I love the robust, long cable, but the on-ear design lets in too much of the background noise. I'm only looking for wired headphones - any latency due to wireless really messes up the drumming! Thanks for your suggestions - Ian.

Hi Ian,

I would recommend the MDR-1AM2.

They have a nice flat sound and a quite good isolation of surrounding noise.

I would say they're a perfect match for your needs.

Personally I own the first generation of them and I'm still happy with the quality and sound.
