    <description>&lt;P&gt;The ear analysis which enables 360° Reality wont analyse my left ear. It analysed my right ear with no problem. When I take a picture manually it keeps saying that I still&amp;nbsp; need to take a picture of my left ear and that analysis is incomplete. I've tried various lighting. Any idea's??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
