Wf-c500 problem with left earbud

Hi!

I’ve had this pair for about three months and my right earbud works but my left one has some problems. When it is in its case the left earbud is just blinking orange over and over again and when I take them out it says power on, but then it loops the phrase over and over again very quickly. I’ve tried to reset it multiple times but it doesn’t seem like the button is doing anything. Is all hope lost or is there some way to fix this?

First, completely discharge the battery on the handset. And then do a factory reset

Hello, did you manage to resolve this? I've got the same issue, contemplating buying a left bud only off ebay.

Hi!

I'm experiencing the exact same issue. The left earbud does not respond to any commands. It is not possible to initialize or reset it.

Has anybody been able to fix this?

If the steps there didn't resolve the issue, then unfortunately you might need to take it back to the retailer if still in-warranty.
