They are truly exceptional when working, but with both pairs I have lost sound in the left ear after less than 5 months!<BR /><BR />I wrote off the first pair thinking that it was just a freak pair and that the next pair would last longer. However that turned out not to be the case.<BR /><BR />I still love the earphones and have advocated them to many friends, but I've now spent a lot of money &amp; have two non-working pairs.<BR /><BR />Very disappointed in Sony - a global brand I respected.
