DSX-A410BT - No phone is automatically connect to device.

Hello,

I recently bought a Sony DSX-A410BT and I paired my phone with this device.

Everytime when I drive my car, I need to go to my bluetooth settings in my phone and select the player to connect to it.

I tried with 3 phones, 2 Huawei (P8 lite and P20 lite) and with a Sony XA2 Ultra, I even reset my player several times, and I reset my phone, too.

It still doesn't want to automatically connect.

When I turn the player on, on the screen it appears the phone name and both bluetooth icons, but after a few seconds I get " No bt device" or something like this.

I have no issues when I connect from my phone bluetooth settings.

Can anyone help? Or maybe a new firmware update will fix this.

Hi @joh-nny, welcome to the Community.

The player should remember your bluetooth hookup, I'm not sure why it's not. Maybe have a look through the pairing/setup instructions and double check you're following the procedure properly.

Thank you for your answer.

I just found that it's because I didn't use my player to make/receive calls. I was connected just to Media Audio.

But I think that this still needs to be fixed in a future update. This is my opinion.
