hi

Many fixes you propose don’t work for these headphones - I have Seen many threads nationally and internationally regarding a fix but to no avail are you helping your consumers

Basically yesterday 30/8/2019 the headphones had a purple light where I would Normally have a blue or red light ?

I turned The headphones off and back on and noticed the woman’s voice that lets me know the headphones are on had gone

I paired My head phones and she didn’t mention anything regarding being paired

the volume was very low even when turning it up on my phone

ive reset by pressing the minus and on button for seven seconds

No dice

ive olives in the power cable to see if fully charging the device will help

no dice

the intro voice isn’t available and the volume is terrible

when you pair to anything else it’s the same issue

I’ve paired it to my Sony tv and the volume is ever so quiet

I’ve noticed that it turns the volume up in segments of 25% and not incrementally

four presses and it’s full volume but the sound coming out is roughly 25%

im

not impressed with the support currently and feel let down

as mentioned nationally ally and internationally the response is the same you link two amassed fixes and don’t follow up with support

are my consumer rights not valid with Sony ?

Hi no it didn’t help

I called Me spoke to a chap from Cairo Who gave me the same fixes even tho I told him I ran those fixes then told me That I need To speak to the retailer whom advised me that’s im three months outside of warranty and that they will give me residual value

so 15 months is the life of these headphones And I get Potentially 30-25% of my initial investment back, this is not a good look, from Sony experia phone with the rocker key pad ps1-2-3-4 ps vita psp and Sony Bravia I assumed yarll would help but I’m just a number, not really impressed, I spotted This email in my trash hence the late response but generally anyone who’s has this problem if your outside of warranty your screwed

best to avoid this product until they update the source code or something - wh-ch501 for the win
