My Sony headphones don't seem to be able to switch off completely. When supposedly powered OFF, the battery drains by 10% every 12 hours. I've taken the headphones back to the retailer and they sent it off to Sony who replaced the battery and main board. But the issue has not been fixed at all. The headphones are still within warranty, so would a replacement be possible? What else can I try to fix this issue? Feels bad that a £300 pair of headphones can't even hold a charge.

Thanks for the reply. I decided to take it back to the retailer once more before going to Sony directly and they gave me a brand new pair. I'm sure this problem is quite rare (otherwise would have found it on the forums) so this new pair should work fine, fingers crossed.
