WF-1000XM3 stuttering when using Amazon HD

Hi all,

I recently bought these earbuds and they are fantastic. I thought I'd try out Amazon HD as it is free for 3 months and what better way to get the most out of my new purchase. However, a stutter started and I have tried everything and tested every possible scenario and it's definietly only happening when playing downloaded albums on Amazon HD.

I've tried everything including every possible combo of app features switched On/Off (ie DSEE HX , ASC, SQM etc.) and interference for Wifi on/off, other Bluetooth devices etc.....

When I use Amazon standard it works.... HD stutters and is unusable.

Can anybody help/fix?

which playback device are you using, is the music streamed or downloaded on the device?
