360 reality setup problem with WI-1000X

When doing the photo process during the analyze the first photo is doing ok. Then the guide is tellen to move my head to the right, but nothing happens. I've been trying all kind of variations and light condition, but still it is stocked and I can't continue the process.

Trues, but did not help to reinstall

Reinstall did not help. Tried many times, but can't figure out this process.
