Sony WH-CH500 headset low volume, working voice assistant

I have a problem with my headset for at least a week. Suddenly the media volume doesn't go up at all, the volume is very low, even though the sound from the voice assistant is still the same and the sound in the phone calls too. I can't change the volume from the headset, except from the case i am in a phone call.
What I have already done:
-Recharged the battery
-Disabled absolute volume
-Connected to another devices that the headset was never connected to
-Reset the headset
-Re-paired to all my devices

Anymore suggestions? I believe it is not a hardware problem since the voice assistant's volume is still high and it is the calls too.
One more thing that I did. Called someone on discord from my phone and in the same time played music. The music volume was high, adjustable, but with a bad quality.
