Hi,

I received the WH-1000xm3 headphones from Amazon a couple of days ago and it seems to me the lower frequencies come from the left earcup. I tried from 2 sources, 3 different devices, but the result is the same. Used the cable and same result. Updated the Sony Headphones Connect App and still no luck. I also swapped the headphones to check if those were my ears and no, I could actually tell that the sound was louder on the left side. Anyone else experience this issue?

You may have a faulty unit.

It might be best to contact the point of sale.
