A very simple cry for help from an old (80yr) bird. How do I delete a playlist that has already been installed on my Walkman? Thank you, I would appreciate your help.

Unfortunately nothing seems to work. A lot of the music are single songs, or individual pieces which I purchased via Amazon etc. I have the music downloaded on my laptop, and can play all of the items in their specific playlists perfectly from there. I have set up the playlists on my laptop as per instructions, and they download onto my NW-E394 in the song lists. But, try as I might, I cannot get them downloaded in their relevant playlists. And when I check the playlist button I get the following message : 'No playlists available. Connect to compliant software/device and transfer playlists.'

I have tried both the Sony Music Centre for PC and Windows Media Player without success. Please can you advise what software I need to download onto my laptop to manage the above?
