Creator App unable to access memory A1

Hi,

when i try to access the memory of my Sony A1 via the Creator App i get an error message stating:"unable to access memory. Please check your camera"

i tried repairing phone an camera but it didn’t help. Remote shooting on the other hand works.
Firmware is Version 3.0. worked fine before the update.
Help greatly appreciated

EDIT:

i removed the battery because i had to swap batteries and all of a sudden it works. In Case anyone has the same issue and wants to give it a try

@Samuel_K Did you reach out to Creator's support? It could be a technical issue with the new software. Alternatively, you can try inserting the memory card into a card reader through a PC or a laptop.
