    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First post on the Sony community and it's a support question (oh well!)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I purchased a Sony A6000 (great camera!) and some lenses, both eligible for the Summer double cashback. Even though I completed the summer double cashback on the website at &lt;A href="https://www.sony.co.uk/cashback/digital-imaging" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sony.co.uk/cashback/digital-imaging&lt;/A&gt; (URL no longer available) about two weeks ago, I received no email and no cashback in my bank account relating to my order number: 303837071. Also my order number is nowhere to be found under my profile although I do have an email in my inbox.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please let me know how I can proceed about this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
