Sony Golf Shot on handycam hdr-cx305

This programme has to be one of the worse products Sony have ever made. I am Golf Professional and was talked into buy this camera because of its "golf shot" programme.... The man in the Sony center explained this was the new big thing. After near 4 months trying to use it I have given up using it. Who did Sony make this in conjunction with? No top golf instructor would ever use it.

Could someone please tell me how to change the shutter speed on the Handycam HDR-CX305 so I can use the camera normal and not with this pathetics option.

I need the shutter speed as high as possible to capture high speed swings. 1/1000 I cant find how to take it off auto, it this camera's many many sub categories.
