Hi All,

I have a FDR-AX1E and need to integrate in a small TV Studio with OBS Studio App or vMix App and feed live video from the camera into a PC where it will be mixed with graphic overlays etc - but for the life of me I can't get either app or any other to recognize the camera. I'm using a ASUS X570UD laptop. I already know that its possible to record on the SD cards then transfer to PC, that works fine but it is a live stream that I require. Can you please help? THANK YOU!! And yes its super urgent.. I'm trying to demo with teenagers the fun of developing tv content and engineering side as a career

Hello @RogetDodget,

you would need to get a HDMI-capture card like the ELGATO Camlink (HD or 4K) to use the camcorder as a video source to OBS.
