      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;My new PCG 691M has just reported a "disk read error" on start up.  The recovery disk failed also, with a disk error.  Now all I get is a "Error loading operating system"  Machine has had no more than 24 hours use and not been droped or damaged.  Has anyone any ideas please.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
