Typical, just upgrade to a VGN-A115Z and what do they do but release the VGN-A215Z.

Actually, theres not a lot of difference, marginally faster processor, Windows XP SP2 installed (which you can do yourself anyway). However, there are some siginficant improvments:

1. The dual-layer DVD drive!
2. VAIO ZONE software!

There's not much I can do about the former (apart from buy an external drive... ...bit excessive) but I would like to get my hands on the latter.

It allows you to view and share the media content of your Vaio and has quite a nice (but typically, for Sony, quirky) interface.

Any chance of it being available as a download from Club VAIO ?!?

CW
