Hi

I have a 6 month old Vaio A195 and until recently has no problems. Just a few weeks ago it kept failing on Boot with various Blue screen messages. After a few tries XP would load.

The problem got worse when windoews files reported getting damaged. After a few re builds of XP ive now run the recover disk, formating and moveing the partition so that the full disk was wiped and checked for errors. all seemed fine until the unitl was left over night and again from cold it wouldnt again boot when started.

I know i dont have a virus as i have fully scanned after a clean install.

I think the HD is borked but wondered if you guys have any other ideas.

Thanks
