Hi All

I periodically get the windows installer popping up, I cancel it but it keeps looping round about a dozen times. It does this on a regular basis. By going in to task manager I have found it is the VRLPHelper which belongs to Sony media gallery. I have disbaled this on startup but it still happens. Anyone got any idea please?

Many Thanks

Steve
