Vaio graphics problem

Just wondering if anyone has any solutions to a problem I've been having with my laptop graphics. My Vaio VGN-SZ5XWN model laptop did use a nvidia graphics card, but now uses a (lower quality) intel one. I do not know why it changed and I wish to change it back to nvidia. I have tried downloading drivers etc. but to no avail. Thanks in advance

Try to update the latest drivers from the site and change the resolution from the desktop. Check whether you have any yellow marks in the device manager.
