    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi guys, does anyone know what do to when following the 3 steps for updating the VAIO VGF-AP1L and you can't complete the first step cause you aren't able to paste the files onto the player for some reason? When i drag the files unto it, i get this:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Plz respond &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;i found out that when i plugged in the cradle into my computer, it installed it under 'Sony HMP-UO1 USB Device'.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;still cant find where i went wrong =/&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
