Is this<BR />my processor, my mother board or something else?<BR /><BR />When I open a page on my desctop, any page, even a blanck one created by rightclick and select<BR />create HTML document, the page takes about 5-10 seconds to open! The top window is black while<BR />it opens, then it clears, and pop, it's done.<BR /><BR />When a program is running it hardly opens. And I noticed when office 2003 pro is installed,<BR />it just takes twice as long to open.<BR /><BR />Now, when I open a page n the desktop, then reduce it to the the toolbar, and then open <BR />HTML pages on the desktop, they open as fast as ever.<BR /><BR /><BR />I us AOL, SP2, Mackafee firewall, AVG anti-virus.<BR /><BR /><BR />What causes this?
