My VPCEB2S1E/WI have some functionality problems

hello everyone , i have a sony vaio laptop VPCEB2S1E/WI , which i was buy 6 months ago and is full of problems ... i'm not satisfied of product at all ...

please help me and suggest me how to solve problems which i will describe down:

1. My temperature of CPU is over 80 degrees and it randoms to 80-89

if i try open any application or game it instantly shut down

if i try watch videos from youtube it instantly shut down

2. My application have a lot of lag ... even my Firefox browser

3. My laptop is very hot in the bottom of the laptop and after 3 hours of using , my keyboard got hot too same all laptop.

please help me solve this problems , it is not normal to pay something that is working so bad ...

Is the fan working? What programs are you running when it gets hot?

Are you using the Vaio on a hard surface to prevent the air vents being blocked by carpet or bedding?

Have you tried talking to Vaio Support about your problems?

yes , fan is working (i hope ) - the sound coming from my laptop is fan's sound right ?

yes i use in a hard surface , on a table

yes i told vaio support , an agent called me and he told me that my vaio must be repaired in Cehia and that will last at least 5 working days (that means in 7-10 days it will be back) ... and i didn't want so long time , i have to solve bussiness with it , and the time is very important for me ... any other solutions ?:D
